Ambrose Phoa is Group Deputy Managing Director and founding partner of AJAX International Pte Ltd.

As a former Police Officer, Ambrose is highly trained in criminal investigation, operations planning, resource distribution and team management.

With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ambrose filled various technical roles in claims handling and rapidly qualified himself as a Loss Adjuster at an advanced level.

Ambrose has handled various classes of insurance claims of complexity and large quantum. In particular, he was the Lead Investigator for the “Ferrari Fatal Accident”, which was a sensational case in Singapore in year 2012.

Ambrose is a Senior Associate of ANZIFF and Certified Insurance Professional. He also holds a Diploma of Loss Adjusting certified by AICLA.

Presently, Ambrose has particular interest in developing the group’s growth in the Asia region.

He concurrently oversees AJAX Malaysia, AJAX Vietnam, AJAX Myanmar and AJAX Cambodia.
