Master Mariner / Senior Marine Surveyor

Capt. Hu started his seafaring career in 2001 and had worked on various types of ships including break bulk carriers, general cargo ships and ro-ro vessels. He rose from the ranks to become a certified Master Mariner and was in charge of foreign going vessels for 3 years.

In 2012, Capt. Hu joined AJAX Marine China as a senior marine surveyor.

Capt. Hu is adept in undertaking survey and inspection work on a range of marine services including:

  1. on/off hire bunker & condition survey
  2. project cargo
  3. loading/unloading survey
  4. lashing survey
  5. hull damage survey
  6. cargo condition/damage survey

Although based in Shanghai, Capt. Hu is able to respond to assignments where his services and expertise are needed.
