Youfu graduated from Wuhan Transportation University in 1998, majoring in Shipbuilding Engineering. He also holds the Lloyd’s Certificate of Cargo Surveying Proficiency Stage 1 & 2, CIRC Certificate of Survey & Adjustment, and CIRC Qualification Certificate for the Insurance Brokering Practitioner.

Youfu has worked as a surveyor and adjuster since 2001, handling various types of marine cargo and property losses.  Youfu also worked with a Lloyd’s Agent office in Shanghai before joining AJAX China.
