Willy was formerly an Automotive Specialist with the Singapore Armed Forces. He joined AJAX Singapore in 2010 as a Loss Adjuster and quickly rose through the ranks to the position of Associate Director.

Willy was part of our dedicated team of specialist adjusters investigating into motor and bodily injuries claims. During his tenure in the investigation team, he was successful in identifying and exposing numerous fraud claims. In particular, several Phantom Passengers claims with resultant substantial savings for Insurers.

Willy currently heads the Mobile Accident Response Services team and the 24 hours Call Centre at AJAX MARS. Concurrently, he heads the motor division of AJAX Malaysia.
